Refund Policy
We want every customer to be satisfied. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. Free Trial First
We strongly recommend taking advantage of our free trial before purchasing. The trial lets you confirm stream quality and device compatibility on your own setup, which prevents most refund situations entirely.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be issued within 7 days of activation if the service cannot be made to work on your compatible device despite reasonable troubleshooting with our support team.
Refunds are not available for issues caused by factors outside our control, such as insufficient internet speed, unsupported or faulty devices, or local network restrictions, where the service itself is functioning normally.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Reseller credit packages are non-refundable once credits have been used. Unused credit packages may be reviewed case by case within 7 days of purchase.
Renewals of an existing working service are non-refundable once the new period has started.
4. How to Request a Refund
Contact our support team on WhatsApp or by email within the eligibility window, describe the issue, and allow our team to attempt troubleshooting. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will process your refund.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days using the original payment method where possible.
