By purchasing or using GoldenOTT Pro services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

GoldenOTT Pro provides access to a premium OTT streaming platform for personal use, and a reseller program for business customers. Service details, durations, and pricing are described on this website and confirmed at the time of order.

2. Account & Access

Your access details are personal and intended for your own use according to your plan's connection limit. Sharing or reselling access without a reseller agreement is not permitted and may lead to suspension.

You are responsible for keeping your access details confidential.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service in compliance with the laws and regulations applicable in your country. You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the platform or its infrastructure.

4. Payments & Renewals

Plans are prepaid for the chosen duration and do not renew automatically. We will remind you before expiry so you can renew if you wish.

Reseller credits are prepaid and non-transferable between panels unless agreed with our team.

5. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control (such as your internet connection or third-party outages) may temporarily affect availability.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, available on this website.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoldenOTT Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current service period.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time; unused periods are handled per the Refund Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
